Recently we announced the selection of
2Actify by the Rutgers iJOBS program, designed to expose career opportunities to Biomedical and Life Science PhDs. As they explore career paths, 2Actify teaches them HOW TO FIND their opportunities in a competitive job market.
Our official kick-off presentation in January was a success and we were successful in
presenting new career-seeking skills to these highly accomplished, busy PhD candidates. Our presentation and workshop demonstrated the value of a magnetic online profile and how to present their skills and accomplishments for building new relationships that open career doors.
Those that
benefit most by learning the step-by-step process we teach in 2Actify are the highly motivated career seekers---those that are focused on doing what it takes for the outcome of finding a job faster. In a competitive job market, new "job-getting behaviors and habits" are necessary in order to generate career referrals and advancement opportunities.
