Investing in career skills development depends on the value you place on leadership, increased responsibility and financial growth.
It's more than an MBA, it's a time and financial commitment to your strategy, goals and willingness to transform
and "be" the example.
The Leadership Skill
You Can't Fake:
"Leadership by Example"
For those truly serious about leveling-up their career leadership, they invest in and challenge themselves on a more personal level---and they can take that to any career endeavor.
"Unfortunately, it has turned out that most managers are "accidental," that is, they have been promoted without formal training, purely based on merit of their high performance; therefore, lacking hands-on leadership guidance, they model the behaviors of their bosses, which can sometimes do more harm than good in perpetuating toxic work cultures." Forbes Article: "The Best Leaders Are Those Who Lead by Example."
Are you investing in your own leadership development? The real commitment to growth is when you personalize it. With the new year ahead, consider how 2024 can look different to become the example of leadership to yourself and your teams.

Reddy Mallidi, a COO with expertise in Artificial Intelligence shares his post on how he is working smarter with impactful content writing using AI.
He "leads us by example" by demonstrating and sharing his own experience in using AI and the results of how it has made a difference in his productivity.
Remember those days of staring blankly at a screen, struggling to find the right words for an article or email? I was there too. But then, AI stepped in. Now, I draft my initial ideas and let AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude-2, and Bard refine and polish them. Sounds too good
to be true? 🤔
Every article of mine begins as an unrefined gem – these are my initial thoughts and ideas. However, it's the Gen AI tools
that meticulously shape and refine these ideas into brilliant, polished pieces. As for the captivating images in my posts? Credit goes to Bing/DallE-3 and NightCafe for their visual flair. Before I had access to these tools, hunting for the perfect image to match my article's theme was a time-consuming ordeal, but now it's a swift, seamless process. 🌟
And the edits and re-edits of laborious email editing! Now, I jot down a draft, and AI turns it into clear, concise communication. Plus, building charts and graphs? AI makes it feel like I have a personal data analyst at my fingertips. 📊
I have been a reader all my life, but these days when I look at a long article to read and have only a few minutes, I cringe. I am sure you all have been there. Reading lengthy
articles can be a drain on time. But, thanks to AI, I get crisp summaries, allowing me to absorb key insights quickly. When I need details, I go back to read the parts of the long article later. It's like having a speed-reading assistant. 📚
But here's the catch: AI is a powerful tool, not a magic wand. Sometimes it gets me 70% there, other times it's more like 50%. Cliches, factual flubs, and even the occasional AI hallucination (don't ask about the time it tried to convince me squirrels were secretly plotting world domination) – they're all par for the course. That's why the human touch remains crucial – I'm always there,
ensuring authenticity and adding my unique perspective.
The results? My productivity has doubled, no exaggeration.
📌It's not about working harder; it's about working smarter. AI takes care of the tedious stuff, freeing me up to focus on what truly matters:
creativity, strategy, and that human touch that makes my work stand out.
