If you're like everyone else, it's crossed your mind because it does not have to be the way it has always been.
And guess who is in charge?
3 Important Questions to Ask Yourself
When I speak with clients (or prospective clients), I always ask these 3 questions:
1-What are you exceptionally good at?
Okay, you're a COO and good at many things, but what are you EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD AT?
2-Of everything you're doing, what do you ENJOY DOING THE MOST?
I have also asked myself these questions repeatedly and keep working my way toward the pinnacle---do more of what I'm good at and do a lot of what I enjoy the most.
When you're in your mid-career, you start figuring it out, so why not plan on doing more of what you're really good at and enjoy?
3-Whose permission do you need to create this for yourself---your Plan B?
In a Year From Now...
If your life and career were in exactly the same place a year from now, how would you feel about that?
If you would be satisfied, your career and salary are obviously where you want them to be and you're content with living in the here and now.
But if you want change because your current position doesn't reflect or reward your true value and you're not enjoying some of the work
or don't see a path within your company, then something needs to change to improve circumstances!

"Maybe you are in the wrong field. Maybe your work no longer excites you. Maybe your workplace has been made toxic by your boss or colleagues. In any of
those scenarios, the logical next step would be to take another job.
But that may not be possible due to a lack of opportunities, financial or family commitments, or simply because you’re not getting anywhere in your job search."READ MORE
