Do you believe that leadership is a natural skill or a developed skill?
Some leaders just seem to have it, recognized not just in what they say, but rather what they do.
3 ways people notice that you’re a leader:
1) You set an example every single day with actions that lead your teams to be successful for themselves.
2) You network with peers and colleagues to share your expertise so that you can help others.
3) You are confident about what you know to be true about the impact you make in your business life. Every. Single. Day.
Sadly, too many leaders are not setting leadership examples and therefore, not inspiring to their teams---a big contributor to the GREAT RESIGNATION.
"Employees who have discovered their purpose are 49% more likely to report intrinsic motivation, 33% more likely to express
higher job satisfaction, and 25% more likely to go the extra mile."
