HAVING A STRATEGY can make or break achieving goals.   As leaders, you're expected to establish strategic objectives and execute plans that grow the company.

2) IDENTIFY YOUR VALUE PROPOSITION---your specific business impact. This WORKSHEET has examples and a place for you to create your value proposition statements. 

 

3)  Prepare success STORIES to share --- your solutions to challenges and their impactful outcomes.  Use the "STAR" FORMAT.

 

4)  Reaching your goal faster has been proven when you NETWORK.  Networking is dependent on your mindset about yourself and your value, how you can be a resource for others, scheduling time for networking with the right professionals and your communication skills, 

 

5) You are the most empowered person to advance your career and connections you know can refer you to opportunities.
