Now, here's something to get their attention....

year!"
Wow, now that's a proven value statement. And when you can identify the IMPACT OF YOUR WORK, your confidence will soar and your presentation will be packed with value. You have to sell yourself first before selling others.

and present your value as a problem solver, then hiring managers will take note---they need confident professionals that understand their problems and provide a solution.
